The most expensive home sold for $6.5 million last month in Mississauga.
Average home prices edged up slightly in June compared to May in Mississauga.
The average home price hit $1,014,120 in June. May’s average price was $971,047. But prices, while unaffordable to many, are still below 2025 prices. The June 2025 average was $1,019,578.
However, the luxury real estate market is going strong with the most expensive neighbourhood in the GTA, Lawrence Park, hitting a median sold price of $4,095,000 in June.
The most expensive homes sold in Mississauga all went for over $3 million last month, according to real estate brokerage Zoocasa.

This five-bedroom home next to Jack Darling Memorial Park has over 5,500 square feet of living space. Features include high ceilings, an office, a breakfast area, a great room with coffered ceilings, built-in speakers, a butler’s servery, and a balcony, a sitting area and a double-sided gas fireplace in the primary bedroom.
This place sold for $3,280,000, under the $3,590,000 list price.

This five-bedroom Lorne Park home is in the Whiteoaks of Jalna enclave.
