New data reveals five neighbourhoods where homes sold for the lowest and highest prices in the Greater Toronto Area in June.
Home prices edged up month-over-month in some areas of the GTA.
In Mississauga, the average home price hit $1,014,120 in June, just slightly below the June 2025 average of $1,019,578, but well above May’s average price of $971,047.
Across the GTA, the average selling price decreased 3.9 per cent year-over-year to $1,058,658, and the composite benchmark price, meant to represent the typical home, was down 5.4 per cent.
New buyers looking to enter the market may want to find neighbourhoods with the lowest prices.
Each month, real estate platform Wahi finds the neighbourhoods with the most and least expensive homes. Wahi uses the median home sale prices in GTA neighbourhoods with five or more sales to create the lists.
In June, Brampton and Mississauga downtown neighbourhoods made the least expensive list.
The top three neighbourhoods all had median sold prices under $500,000.
The Queen Street corridor in Brampton once again topped the list. Homes sold with a median sold price of $407,500 in June. Thirteen homes were sold, and it took an average of 61 days to sell properties, according to Wahi.
Flemingdon Park in North York is second on the list with a median sold price of $485,000. Seven homes were sold, and it took an average of 33 days to sell properties, according to Wahi.
City Centre Mississauga is third on this list with a median sold price of $490,000, according to Wahi. This area of Mississauga, full of high-rise buildings, tends to have more homes sold than other areas on the list. A total of 43 places sold last month, and it took an average of 40 days to sell properties.

The most expensive neighbourhoods are typically areas with large, luxury homes. Outside of Toronto, the prestigious Eastlake neighbourhood in Oakville and King City, north of the city, made the list.
Lawrence Park, in old Toronto, was the most expensive, with a median sold price of $4,095,000 in June, according to Wahi. Eight homes sold here in June, and it took an average of 32 days to sell properties.
Windfields in North York is second with a median sold price of $2,570,453. Six homes sold last month, and properties were moving quickly at an average of 12 days to sell.
The Eastlake neighbourhood in Oakville is fifth on the list with a median sold price of $2,285,302. A total of 12 homes sold last month, and it took an average of 19 days to sell properties.
