Molson Canadian creating variety case of the best Canadian beers
In an effort to support Canadian breweries, Molson Canadian has created possibly the most Canadian case of beer.
For the first time ever, Molson will be opening its case to other breweries to create a variety pack that will spotlight some of the best Canadian-founded brews just in time for Canada Day.
Additionally, during the lead up to Canada Day, Molson will be transforming its website and social media channels to celebrate Canadian-founded beer brands.
“Since 1786, seven generations of our family have been proudly brewing beer right here in Canada. But this isn’t about us or our story. This is about something bigger. It’s about pride in Canadian beer,” Andrew Molson said in a news release.
“With Canada Day around the corner, there’s no better time to celebrate our country while bringing Canadian people, communities, and brewers together over something we can all love: our beer,” he continued.
Further, a portion of the proceeds from these Canadian Cases--$5 for every special edition case printed--will be donated to a local charity helping those most in need of assistance due to the pandemic.
“Molson has a proud history of bringing people together, no matter where in the country they call home,” Joy Ghosh, marketing director for the Molson family of brands, said in the same release.
“We will champion fellow Canadian beer brands founded in this great nation, to recall the pride for our brews and inspire Canadians to #MakeitCanadian on their next beer run," he continued.
