Mississauga home sells for $400K over asking price

A semi-detached home in the Clarkson area of Mississauga sold in one day last week and for more than $400,000 over the asking price.

The three-plus-one-bedroom backsplit home at 2524 Harman Crt. sold on Feb. 2 for $1,351,000, well over the listed price of $949,ooo.

Its listing history shows it previously sold for $835,000 in August 2020 after being on the market for just under two months.
