Mississauga massage therapist charged with sexual assault

A Mississauga assistant massage therapist faces charges of sexual assault and police fear there may be more victims.

A 39-year-old Mississauga woman visited a clinic in the Hurontario St. and Dundas St. E. area in Mississauga on Wednesday, June 15, Peel Regional Police Special Victims Unit reported. The woman alleges she was sexually assaulted at that time, police said.

On Wednesday, June 22 police arrested and charged Salah Saod Al Handani, a 57-year-old man from Mississauga with sexual assault. Police say Salah Saod Al Handani has three years of experience in this field but is not a licensed massage therapist.

He will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on a later date.

This investigation remains ongoing and investigators believe there may be additional victims.
