One of the latest in a long line of Mississauga homes selling for way over asking: This two-storey detached house in the Meadowvale area.

The property, located at 3205 Plum Tree Cres, recently sold on May 12 for $1,778,000 — well over its original listed price of $1,499,900.

It boasts a size of around 3,000-3,500 square feet, 4+1 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 garages, and a spacious yard with a deck and inground pool.

The house was sold after being listed for only seven days.
