UPDATE: Missing 89-year-old man last seen driving SUV in Mississauga

UPDATE: Peel Regional Police confirmed that with the help of a citizen with a good eye, the missing man was located and returned home safe and sound.

Peel Regional Police are asking the public for their help in locating an elderly man last seen driving an SUV in Mississauga.

On Saturday (Nov. 11) police say 89-year-old Anthony was last seen travelling eastbound on Dundas Street from Dixie Road.

Anthony – of no fix address was driving a tan-coloured 2007 Ford Escape.

According to investigators, Anthony is described being fair fair-skinned with a height of 5-foot-10 and a slim build.

Anthony was wearing a blue jacket, a grey cowboy hat, and beige pants at the time of his disappearance.

Police say that Anthony might appear to be confused.
