From now until Sept. 19, Milton residents will have a chance to win a Tim Hortons gift card by participating in the “Smile Cookie Week” campaign.

Beginning today (Sept. 13), Tim Hortons restaurant owners from Milton and Hornby will be donating 100 per cent of the proceeds from all Smile Cookie sales to the Darling Home for Kids.

The Darling Home for Kids is a Milton-based organization that has been operating for over a decade and provides “professional, holistic, high quality, and personalized hospice, respite and residential care for children with medical complexities and their families.”

Residents can participate in the campaign by purchasing a Smile Cookie from Tim Hortons and posting their photos on social media with the hashtags #SmileCookie and #Smiles4DHK and tagging @darlinghome4kid.

Three winners will be announced on Sept. 24 and the prize will be a $25 Tim Hortons gift card.

In support of the campaign’s first day, Milton Town Councillor and Regional Councillor Mike Cluett took to social media to show off his Smile Cookie.
