Milton Public Library hosting virtual cooking class

The Milton Public Library (MPL) has partnered with A Chef’s Ego for another cooking class.

The upcoming virtual class will once again feature Chef Shane Gannon, who will be teaching participants the art of cooking so that they can prepare an impressive meal for friends and family this summer.

The class will take place via Crowdcast on Saturday, July 23 at 4:00 p.m.

Gannon has taught classes on Italian and French cooking in the past, both of which proved to pique the interest of several of its participants.

“Our family loved the experience,” wrote one participant on Facebook following last year’s event. “Chef Shane was engaging and knowledgable and made it a great evening.”

“So much fun,” wrote another participant on Facebook alongside a photo of the meal they prepared. “Our food turned out great!”
