Milton District Hospital Foundation to host skating fundraiser event

The Milton District Hospital Foundation (MDHF) is hosting a skating event next month to help raise funds for the Town’s local hospital.

The family-friendly event, called “Donate to Skate,” is taking place on Feb. 11, 2023, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Sherwood Community Centre, located at 6355 Main St. West, Rink 2.

Donations will be accepted at the door which will go towards purchasing equipment for Milton District Hospital.

“Bring the whole family out for a skate in support of essential medical equipment at Milton District Hospital,” reads the MDHF’s website.

The suggested donation amount is $5 per person.
