Milton councillor reminding residents how to report graffiti

Milton Councillor Mike Cluett recently responded to a post on Twitter about graffiti that was spotted in the Town.
The tweet, written by a Milton resident, showcased graffiti at Parkway Dr. West as well as Maplewood Cres. and Williams Ave. prompting Cluett to remind residents how to report them.
In response to the tweet, Councillor Cluett told the resident that graffiti can be reported through the Town of Milton’s website.

According to the Town of Milton’s website, graffiti crime includes “any writing, drawing or symbols applied to any surface without permission from the property owner, authorized agent or designate.”
Residents who spot graffiti vandalism in progress are advised to call 9-1-1 immediately.
