Milton community encouraged to nominate locals for prestigious award

The Milton community is being encouraged to nominate local businesses and community members for a prestigious award.
The Milton Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting nominations for the Community Awards, which celebrate businesses and individuals who have made contributions to the community through their involvement and leadership since 1981.
The community may submit nominations for categories including Business of the Year, Business Person of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Franchise of the Year and Not-for-Profit of the Year.
Individuals may also be nominated in community categories that include Citizen of the Year, Joyce Hagevik Volunteer of the Year and Lifetime Achievement.
“Know someone worthy of recognition in this community? Nominate a deserving business or community member for a Milton Chamber of Commerce Community Award today,” said the Milton Chamber of Commerce on Twitter.
