Two ticket holders in Quebec are sharing a $70-million Lotto Max jackpot following Friday night’s draw.
Loto-Québec says each winning ticket is worth $35 million, marking the second time in recent weeks that the grand prize has been won in the province.
“What luck for Quebecers!” said Isabelle Jean, executive vice-president and chief operating officer of lottery games at Loto-Québec.

The winning numbers for the July 11 main draw were: 04, 05, 10, 34, 36, 44 and 50, with the bonus number 23.
The province’s lucky streak began earlier this summer when a $20-million jackpot was won during the June 1 Lotto Max draw. One ticket purchased in Quebec matched all seven numbers to claim the top prize.
While no ticket matched six numbers plus the bonus that night, 25 tickets matched six out of seven numbers, each winning $6,015.70.
Loto-Québec says it paid out nearly $1.8 billion in prizes last year.
The next Lotto Max draw is scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, with a jackpot estimated at $19 million.
