Man pulls gun in early morning Oakville road rage incident

The search is on for man who pulled a firearm in a road rage incident that occurred in the early morning hours of Monday (July 11) in Oakville.

Halton Regional Police say the man, who is described as being in his 40s, stopped his vehicle and pointed a firearm at another drive in the area of Postridge Drive and Trafalgar Road at approximately 6:30 a.m.

The suspect was driving a beige 2007 Ford Edge with no front plate and a rear plate of CWPK 680.

Police say the man has white skin and a heavy build. He is bald with an unshaven face and was wearing a blue t-shirt and shorts at the time of the incident.

Police are requesting anyone who sees the vehicle to contact police immediately via 911. Do not approach the driver.

UPDATE: Police have made an arrest in relation to this investigation and are not releasing any further details about the arrest at this time.
