A man was caught secretly filming women in an Ontario mall.
Niagara Regional Police said they were called to a Welland area mall for a report of an indecent act on April 9.
Welland is about 20 kilometres south of St. Catharines.
Mall security told officers that a man was secretly recording female shoppers, police said.
After an investigation, police said they arrested and charged one person on April 23.
Tyler Clough, 31, of St. Catharines, is charged with one count of voyeurism.
Clough remains in custody and is scheduled to attend a bail hearing on April 24.
Detectives believe that there may be other victims or incidents of voyeurism. Anyone who believes that they may be a victim, or who may have information related to this incident, is asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service’s 3 District CIB (Welland/Pelham) at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009777.
