Oakville drivers will want to take note of the following road closure taking place on Sunday.

The following roads are closed for the Bronte Legion Remembrance Day ceremony on Nov. 5:

Lakeshore Rd. W. is shut down from Mississaga St. to Bronte Rd. from approximately 9:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Halton Police will be supervising the road closures and town buses will be detoured around the parade route.

Temporary detours are impacting Routes 3, 14/14A from 10:15 a.m. until noon.

Routes 14/14A (both directions) will travel on Lakeshore, Nelson, Sovereign, Bronte, Rebecca, Mississaga and Lakeshore.

Route 3 will travel south on Bronte, east on Sovereign, south on Nelson and east on Lakeshore.
