Loaded gun seized in traffic stop near Pearson Airport in Mississauga, four people charged

Four people have been charged after police seized a loaded gun during a midnight traffic stop last night (June 4) near Pearson Airport in Mississauga.
Peel Regional Police say two Brampton men, a man from Brooklyn, New York and a Toronto woman are each facing firearm-related offences after a loaded 9mm 3D-printed handgun was recovered following the search of a vehicle that had been pulled over in the area of Northwest Dr. and Zahavy Way at 11:53 p.m.
The area of the traffic stop is just northeast of the airport.
Rohan Powell, 19, Joval McGeachie, 36, both of Brampton, Jahair Cooper, 26, of Brooklyn, New York, and Annecia Delany, 27, of Toronto, are each charged with the following:
- knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
- possession of a loaded, prohibited or restricted firearm
- occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm
They appeared today (June 5) in Ontario Court in Brampton.
