Last chance to submit nominations for Milton youth awards

Milton residents have one week left to submit their nominations for the Milton Youth Awards.
Through the awards, the Milton Youth Task Force (MYTF) recognizes the contributions of young people in the Town, along with businesses, agencies and organizations that support youth.
Additionally, the awards are meant to promote a positive image of young people and generate awareness of the contributions that both youth and supportive adults make in the community.
“If you know of a deserving youth who cares about keeping our environment clean or inspires everyone around them with their artistic talent, make sure to submit them for an award,” said the Town of Milton on Twitter.

Those who know a deserving youth in grades 7-12, may submit an application from now until April 10, 2022.

Some award categories include Artist of the Year, Athlete of the Year, Youth Eco-Warrior, Youth Change-Maker, Great Citizen and more.
