Those hoping to take the train today in Mississauga may need to adjust their plans.
GO Transit announced this afternoon (Oct. 30) that there will be no train service between Port Credit GO and Clarkson GO for the remainder of the day.
According to spokesperson Anne Marie Aikins, the ground beneath and beside the tracks between the two GO stations has made it unstable for trains to pass, requiring significant repair.
“We are investigating cause but our priority is to get it fixed so we can return full service hopefully by morning,” said Aikins.
