Kibo Sushi serving up Japanese cuisine in downtown Oakville

If sushi is what you crave, make sure to stop in Kibo Sushi in downtown Oakville.
The popular restaurant featuring Japanese cuisine, located at 221 Lakeshore Rd. E., is now open for lunch and dinner.
Dine in or take out is available and favourite dishes include sushi, sashimi, teriyaki and tempura dishes.
Menu items include everything from miso soup, kimchi salad and sashimi appetizer to a crab and avocado sushi pizza, gyoza steamed, black and white dragon sushi and spicy scallop KIBO rolls.
The name of the restaurant was derived from the Japanese interpretation of Hope (希望 kibō). Kibo Sushi House, says the website, was born simply because they believe greatly in hope.
“As we embed this belief into our restaurant, from selecting fresh, local ingredients; to cooking them with love and serving them to your table with our bright smiles; we hope that you enjoy and appreciate all that we put into your favourite dishes,” the restaurant says on its website.

KIBO has several other locations in the GTA, including in Brampton (490 Chrysler Dr., Unit 47), Etobicoke (2945 Lakeshore Blvd. W) and Toronto (16 Yonge St.).
The Oakville restaurant is open six days a week, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday to Sunday.
