Hugely popular British bakery and grocery chain arrives in Hamilton

An award-winning British bakery and grocery chain has expanded into Hamilton.
With locations already in Burlington, Niagara, Cambridge, and St. Jacobs, British Pride Bakery has set up shop at 1575 Upper Ottawa St.
Monday (Feb. 14) marked its official opening and customers now have access to “the largest range of authentic British baked goods, meats, and groceries this side of the Atlantic.”
British Pride Bakery offers more than 30 different pies to go along with their day-to-day grocery items. They also carry a wide range of cake, scone, and bread options — as well as a collection of rare treats you’ll have trouble finding anywhere outside of the UK.
The grocer boasts UK staple brands, such as Walkers, Young’s, Branston, Goldenfry, Marmite, Batchelors, and Bird’s.
