Huge gaming event coming to Mississauga and you can get in free

Hundreds of gamers gather for a one-day event coming up in Mississauga.
GAMEX hosts Gaming Reimagined in Mississauga on Aug. 7.
The event includes a free play zone where people can try out hundreds of games. Gaming tournaments offer a chance to pit your skills against top players. Games include Smash Bros. Melee and Mario Kart 64 tournaments.
The trade show features more than 75 vendors, and there are more than 120 exhibitors expected. Organizers expect over 1,000 attendees.
The best part is the event is free for people who come in full cosplay outfits. And there will be a professional photographer to take photos for cosplayers, free of charge.
Gaming Reimagined is at the Mississauga Convention Centre, 75 Derry Rd. W. from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
