Highways 401, 403 lanes blocked in Halton after collisions

Two of the highways in Halton Region had lane closures due to collisions during rush hour on Monday (July 5).
In the Milton area, all lanes of Highway 401 eastbound were closed at Guelph Line after a collision. The collision has also resulted in the closure of the on-ramp to Guelph Line.

Meantime, there are blocked lanes on both sides of Hwy. 403 in the Burlington/Waterdown area was blocked due to collisions.
The left lane and shoulder of the 403 eastbound are blocked due to a collision. The two left lanes and shoulder of the westbound 403 are also blocked due to a collision.

UPDATE:The OPP says both sides of Hwy. 403 are moving freely again.

UPDATE: The blocked lanes on the eastbound 401 in MIlton have also been reopened, as of around 8:30 p.m. on Monday.
