An Event Celebrating Film, Food and Fashion is Coming to Square One in Mississauga

If you love film festivals and foreign cinema, you should note that one of the largest Italian film festivals – outside of Italy – is coming to Toronto very soon.
The Italian Contemporary Film Festival will be hosting a series of events. The annual festival presents a collection of feature films, documentaries, and shorts, including premieres, advance screenings, and independent films.
One of those events is called ICFF MODA 2019, which will be held at Square One in Mississauga.
The shopping centre will be hosting the event on Wednesday, June 19 at the Rotunda at Square One. According to Square One, ICFF MODA will be an elegant evening, celebrating the best of Italy’s culture. It will highlight the three most important and internationally renowned authentic Italian experiences: food, film and fashion!
In partnership with the shopping centre and the Italian Trade Agency, ICFF will present a creative exhibit and a series of short films about fashion. Guests can also expect music, a cocktail reception with Italian food and wine, and a fashion show featuring Italian luxury brands. Italian Actor and comedian Ezio Greggio will be the presenter through the evening. President of the Italian Cinema Academy, Piera Detassis, will also be in attendance.

Attendees can also get their hair and make-up styled by professionals, and get their photo taken with Italy’s top models and star guests.
The event will run from 7 pm to 9 pm.
