As the Province slowly begins to lift COVID-19 restrictions, it is anticipated that GTA residents will begin to flock back to the many Niagara Region tourist attractions from winery tours to craft brewery visits, as well as dozens of family-friendly events.

For many, though, Niagara Falls remains the crown jewel of attractions in the region, drawing tens of thousands every summer.

And while most Southern Ontario residents have seen the falls on ground level, the company Niagara Helicopters can provide a scenic bird’s-eye view that many have not experienced.

The company offers a number of packages, everything from tours of wine country, the Falls itself and speciality wedding packages, ranging anywhere from $199.50 to $400.

The company was fully shut down from January to the end of March, reopening April 1 with restrictions in place. However, with Step One of reopenings already underway and Step Two anticipated shortly, it seems like tourist season will be wide-open this summer.

The company’s website says, “From the sensation of lift-off to the excitement of soaring above the turbulent rapids and cascading waterfalls, your Niagara Helicopters ride is a unique and spectacular experience. Your all-scenic flight gives you a thrilling view of Niagara’s natural and man-made wonders.”
