Hamilton’s Forge FC announced Wednesday that six additional players from the club’s 2019 Canadian Premier League (CPL) championship team will officially be returning to defend the title in 2020; while a handful of players will be moving on.
The announced returning players include 2019 alternate captain Giuliano Frano and veteran defender David Edgar. Joining them are defenders Jonathan Grant, Klaidi Cela, as well as forwards Kadell Thomas and Anthony Novak.

Forge FC also announced that defender Bertrand Owundi, goalkeeper Quillan Roberts, and midfielder Justin Stoddart will not be returning for the CPL’s second season.
