Hamilton senior in critical condition following single-car crash in east end

A 67-year-old Hamilton man is in critical condition following a single-car crash in the east end on Tuesday night (Feb. 22).

In a press release issued Wednesday, Hamilton Police said they were investigating the crash that saw the man’s westbound moving car lose control and hit a concrete pole in the area of Queenston Road and Adair Avenue South.

The crash occurred just before 7:30 p.m. and witnesses attended to the man until paramedics arrived to transport him to hospital where he remains in critical condition.

“No factors in the investigation have been ruled out at this time,” police said in the release.

Investigators are asking for any potential witnesses who have not yet spoken to police to call the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 905-546-4753 or 546-4755.
