Hamilton mountain outage leaves hundreds without power

More than 900 homes and business on the Hamilton mountain are without power Tuesday afternoon (Aug. 24).
Alectra Utilities is reporting a limited power outage in the area from Mohawk to Stone Church Roads and Upper Wellington to Upper Gage which is affecting 910 customers.
The utilities provider said crews have been dispatched to the area to investigate the cause of the outage and to make the necessary repairs.
Alectra said the estimated time for power restoration is 4 p.m.
