Halton school board holding community planning and partnership presentation

Community organizations and members of the public in Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Halton Hills are invited to take part in a virtual presentation Wednesday night by the Halton District School Board of Trustees.

The HDSB board will be a holding a presentation on potential community planning and partnership opportunities within the HDSB’s existing schools and co-build opportunities in proposed new schools/facilities.

The presentation will begin at 7 p.m. during the Board’s regularly scheduled Committee of the Whole meeting.

Those interested in a future partnership with the Board are encouraged to reach out after the virtual presentation to the Planning Department.

Complete the Expression of Interest Form and then email it to Fred Thibeault, General Manager of Planning at [email protected].

Those interested should note that for the 2022-2023 school year, the Planning Department will not be considering any new proposals for using existing underutilized space in the event those spaces are required to respond to COVID-19 related space needs.
