Goodyear Blimp spotted in Hamilton, Burlington and Niagara Falls

There is enough natural beauty to take in from ground level in Hamilton, Niagara Falls or whilst using the Burlington Skyway bridge.
So just imagine how that must appear to the crew of the culturally enduring dirigible, the Goodyear Blimp. The airship flew over the west side of Lake Ontario on a bright, clear Monday afternoon, leading to many social media users to share photos of their sightings. It was viewed by students from Cootes Paradise elementary school who were on a field trip and was also seen by residents in the area of Fifty Point Road around Stoney Creek, Winona and Grimsby.
Apparently, #hamont is on the @GoodyearBlimp map today! pic.twitter.com/AN8Ut2Ydk2

Caught a glimpse of the Goodyear blimp over #HamOnt on its way to the Canadian Open. Photo doesn't capture how massive and cool it is.
Would love to live in a future with cargo dirigibles quietly floating over the city instead of Amazon Prime's low flying B767s. pic.twitter.com/BOVQQ3oOVq

Over the weekend, ‘the’ Goodyear Blimp — the tiremaking multinational actually has a fleet of airships that fly over sporting events for promotional purposes — was at the RBC Canadian Open golf tournament in Toronto, which is the PGA Tour’s annual event in the country. In between flying around the St. George’s Golf and Country Club in Toronto, it was docked in Oshawa.
So long @GoodyearBlimp ! It was a pleasure having you and your crew in @oshawacity . You are welcome back anytime! #ouroshawa #N3A #goodyearblimp pic.twitter.com/lEcIcHz7FP

The tournament itself was back in Canada for the first time since it was held at Hamilton Golf and Country Club (HGCC) in Ancaster in 2019. The HGCC is due to host again in 2024.
