Gas prices set to drop in southern Ontario

Gas prices are set to fall in southern Ontario.

Much of the region can expect to see the price of a regular litre drop by four cents come Wednesday, according to affordableenergy.ca

That will bring the price to $1.619 per litre in most places, including the Greater Toronto Area.

In Kingston, a seven-cent drop is expected, bringing the price of a regular litre to $1.609.

Ottawa will see a three-cent drop, to $1.629 for a regular litre.

Premium is expected to fall four cents in most places to $1.919 per litre.

The cost of diesel, meanwhile, will fall by six or seven cents depending on the area.

That will bring the price to $1.779 or $1.789 in most places, according to affordableenergy.ca.

If you can, it would be best to wait until Wednesday to fill up to save a few bucks.
