The City of Brampton is inviting residents to take part in an upcoming telephone town hall focused on recreation services, programs and amenities across the city.
The virtual event will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
According to the City of Brampton, the session will give residents an opportunity to hear directly from Mayor Patrick Brown, members of council and city staff about current recreation offerings, facility investments and future planning aimed at supporting active living, wellness and community connection.
Participants will also be able to take part in live polling, ask questions and provide feedback on recreation programs and amenities.
Residents who wish to join the telephone town hall by phone must register in advance by 12 p.m. on June 17 to receive a call-in invitation. The event will also be accessible online, with a link opening five minutes before the start time.
City officials are also encouraging residents to submit questions ahead of the session through the same engagement portal for a chance to have them answered live during the event.
Residents can also participate by joining online. The link for the telephone town hall will open five minutes before the start time.
The telephone town hall is part of the city’s ongoing public engagement efforts as it looks to shape the future of recreation services and infrastructure in Brampton.
