Questions about whether a Baskin Robbins complimentary ice cream truck serving ice cream pizza will hit its two expected stops in Brampton tonight (Gage Park and Chinguacousy Park starting at 7:00 p.m.) remain after the truck misses a stop in Mississauga.
A Baskin Robbins representative told inbrampton.com that the truck would be stopping in Mississauga’s Celebration Square at 5:15 p.m., but Celebration Square representatives said the truck never scheduled an appearance due to the scheduling of another festival.
It also appears that the truck failed to hit promised spots in Toronto, with social media posters claiming the truck appeared far from pre-designated locations.
It looks like there are some hangry ice cream fans out there.
inbrampton.com has been trying to confirm the Brampton stops with Baskin Robbins.
We will keep you posted on any developments.
UPDATE: The truck stopped just outside Mississauga’s Celebration Square shortly after 6:00 p.m. Brampton residents should look around the parks for thr truck around the scheduled time.
