Four arrested after armed robbery in Oshawa Saturday morning

Four people have been arrested after an armed robbery in Oshawa Saturday morning, with three of the suspects — already on court-imposed conditions — remaining in custody.

Police responded to an armed person call at Stevenson Road and Rossland Road at 6:30 a.m. after the victim said he was confronted outside the residence by two suspects who assaulted him, stole his cash, and threatened him with a gun before entering the building.

Officers arrived and set-up a perimeter and three of the suspects were arrested leaving the residence a short time later. One man suspect remained inside for several hours before exiting and being arrested. A search warrant was executed and officers seized four imitation firearms.

The victim did not suffer any physical injuries.

Anthony Murray, 37, of no fixed address, is charged with robbery; possession of a dangerous weapon, obstruct police and fail to comply with probation order. He was held for a bail hearing.

Terry Woolner, a 29-year-old from Oshawa is charged with robbery with offensive weapon and fail to comply with release Order. He was held for a bail hearing.

Oshawa’s Cody Grose, 47, is charged with fail to comply with release order. He was held for a bail hearing.

Bailee Chircop, a 24-year-old Oshawa woman, is charged with robbery. She was released on an undertaking.
