Five people from Burlington, woman from Oakville facing multiple drug charges

A Halton Police drug investigation has led to the arrest of five people from Burlington and a woman from Oakville on multiple drug charges.

On Thursday, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) 3 District Street Crime Unit, with the assistance of the HRPS Tactical Rescue Unit and K9 Unit, executed a warrant at an apartment on Queensway Drive in Burlington.

As a result of the investigation, police seized small amounts of drugs, including fentanyl and cocaine, as well as two modified pellet guns

Six people have been arrested and charged with the following:

Brandi D’Ambrosio, 31, of Burlington

  • Trafficking
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • Weapons Dangerous
  • Breach Release Order
  • Breach Probation

Andrew Dipaolo, 33, of Burlington

  • Trafficking
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • Weapons Dangerous
  • Breach Probation

Joshua Bridge, 31, of Burlington

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

Karine Fox, 38, of Oakville

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

Rachel Mely, 25, of Burlington

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

Daniel Beck, 37, of Burlington

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • Breach Probation

All accused parties have been released from custody pending a court appearance in Milton.

Police also recovered stolen bicycles that investigators believe were taken in the Burlington area, at or near GO Stations.
