Emergency Crews on Scene at Crash in Mississauga

Emergency crews are on scene following a collision in Mississauga.

Peel police say the crash took place in the Glen Erin Dr. and Burnhamthorpe area.

Police say unconfirmed reports indicated a vehicle crashed into a church in the area.

A male victim was attended to by officers and Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services.

“He’s conscious and breathing,” police said.

A call regarding the collision came in at 1:18 p.m.

UPDATE: Police say the vehicle did make contact with a church. The structure was not damaged and the driver sustained minor injuries.
