Eastern leg of Kenilworth, Sherman Accesses in Hamilton closed due to crash

A collision has closed two busy mountain accesses in Hamilton Wednesday morning (June 22).
According to Hamilton Police, the eastern legs of both the Kenilworth and Sherman Accesses are closed due to the crash.
Tweets from the Hamilton Fire Department show that emergency crews were called to an area on the Kenilworth Access near Kimberly Drive at 7 a.m. to reports of a collision.
At least one person has been reported without vital signs.
In the meantime, motorists may want to consider alternate routes through the area until the crash has been cleared away.

Hamilton Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision on the Kenilworth Access. We ask the public to please avoid the area.
Collision Reconstruction Unit has been contacted and is on route to scene.
