After a four-year hiatus the Durham Craft Beer Festival – now under new management – returned to downtown Oshawa last fall.

Just six months later the re-born festival will be tantalizing beer lovers’ taste buds once more, this time at a new location a stone’s throw west of downtown at Children’s Arena and at a new date: June 3.

(This will be the second beer festival to be held at the arena, following 2018’s unusually named Beer & Bacon Shwa-Eh)

Last October’s event was held at the historic Biltmore Theatre on King St. E and featured seven breweries on the main floor and cask and can pours from three more in the upstairs lounge.

Details on tickets, vendors and the breweries who will be in attendance for this year’s event will be released soon but expect festival owners Jeff Davis and Murielle Leonard to attract some of Durham’s top breweries, along with a curated sampling of some of the best craft beer Ontario has to offer as well.
