It’s a day of celebration for Raptors fans, but one fan took it a bit too far.

Cst. Marc Taraso reported earlier this afternoon that a driver was stopped at the intersection of Trafalgar and Dundas after he was caught by Halton Police watching the Raptors parade on his phone while driving.
He was issued a ticket for distracted driving.
Stay safe and celebrate appropriately!
