Downtown walking tour will highlight upcoming developments in Burlington core

City councillor Lisa Kearns is hosting a Downtown Walking Tour for Burlington residents tomorrow.
The tour will focus on sites that currently have development plans somewhere in the process of being assessed.
“All are welcome to join me for the second Ward 2 Downtown Walking Tour to review and discuss current significant planning projects in various stages in our downtown,” said Kearns.
The previous tour, held in November, drew about 60 participants.
Tomorrow’s event will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. and everyone is asked to meet at the entrance to Spencer Smith Park, at the intersection of Brant Street and Lakeshore Rd.
No registration is required and COVID-19 safety protocols will be observed.
