Health Canada has put out an emergency order concerning a common USB AC Adapter. The double-ported model LDT-3GI-B5 AC Adapter is being actively recalled across the country due to the risk of both fire and electric shock. 

The sampling program operated by Health Canada has evaluated the product in question and has concluded its immediate risks. As of the time of publication, there have been no injuries or incidents reported to Health Canada. 

Signifiers of the LDT-3GI-B5 AC Adapter include a dual USB port system with “2.1A” and “1.0A” printed on the top and bottom ports respectively. Additional features include a white body as well as layered detailing that comes in silver, red, blue and purple.
