Canadian-owned restaurant and sports bar chain opens new spot in Oshawa

A popular GTA restaurant chain has officially opened a new location in Oshawa.

Gabby’s Kitchen and Bar opened their latest restaurant at 214 Ritson Rd. N. in Oshawa, just north of Bond Street East. The restaurant shares the space with Thai Room Grand, which celebrated the grand opening of its Oshawa location on July 9.

The family-owned Canadian restaurant and sports bar chain has been serving communities across the Greater Toronto Area since 1989.

Guests can enjoy a menu featuring made-from-scratch pub favourites, handcrafted cocktails, local and imported beers, and daily food and drink specials in a casual, family-friendly setting.

Popular menu items include the chain’s award-winning chicken wings, made-to-order chicken tenders, beer-battered fish and chips, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, fajitas, and baby-back ribs.

The menu also features a variety of appetizers, salads, bowls, desserts and kid-friendly meals, alongside cocktails, draft beer, wine and other beverages.

According to the company’s website, Gabby’s has become a GTA neighbourhood staple over nearly four decades, serving more than 40,000 guests each week across its restaurants.

The Oshawa restaurant joins 18 locations across the GTA, including restaurants in Toronto, Mississauga, Pickering, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Newmarket and Stoney Creek.

The restaurant also offers happy hour specials, private event bookings and live sports on large HD screens.

Gabby’s Kitchen and Bar Oshawa is open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight.
