Canada’s Wonderland just announced something new for guests

Canada’s Wonderland has just launched something new for guests.

The Vaughan amusement park said it now offers a membership program, where guests can pay monthly and can get unlimited visits to the park.

It costs $9 per month, plus an initial processing fee up to $9.99 and taxes, for a gold membership.

Wonderland said those with a gold membership “enjoy all the benefits of a traditional Gold Pass, including unlimited visits through four seasons of fun – from Splash Works in the summer to Halloween Haunt and WinterFest.”

Season passes are currently listed as “sold out” on Wonderland’s website.

Memberships remain active until they’re cancelled.

The gold membership also comes with access to other Six Flags parks in the Midwest region, including Cedar Point, Kings Island, and Six Flags Darien Lake.

Members also get discounts on food, beverages, merchandise, and other perks.

A prestige membership comes with additional benefits and costs $20 per month, plus an initial processing fee up to $9.99 and applicable taxes.

Meanwhile, Wonderland also announced an expanded fireworks lineup for this season, with four new Saturday evening shows in July.

They will happen on July 4, 11, 18, and 25.

That’s in addition to fireworks displays on Canada Day, as well as the the Civic Holiday and Labour Day long weekends (the latter two will be held on Aug. 2 and Sept. 6).

“At 10 p.m. each night, witness more than 6,000 colourful fireworks bursts soaring more than 800 feet into the night sky, perfectly choreographed to an original soundtrack created exclusively for Canada’s Wonderland,” the park said.

“New fire divers off Wonder Mountain and lively street performances add even more excitement to the celebration.”
