Canada’s 2,000th Tesla Supercharger stall can be found in Mississauga after the company opened its newest electric vehicle charging location in the Applewood Village Plaza this week.

The much delayed 32-stall site was expected to be the largest charging location in Canada until Tesla opened a 40-stall charging site in Richmond, B.C. in September. The Mississauga site will be Canada’s largest prefabricated Supercharger location, however.

Construction of the Supercharger site in Mississauga began in the summer and the location finally came online this week. The Applewood Village location does not feature time-of-use pricing but will instead have a flat rate cost of $0.53/kWh.

Earlier this month Tesla opened its 200th location when the eight-stall Grimsby station came online.
