A highway on-ramp that links major highways in Burlington was closed, likely for several hours, late on Wednesday night.

The Burlington detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police said that a tractor-trailer had rolled over, closing the off-ramp to westbond Highway 403 from the eastbound Hwy. 407 and Queen Elizabeth way highway. The OPP advised that the closure was likely to last several hours. The tractor-trailer will have to be righted and put back on to its wheels before it is towed away.

No injuries were reported in the crash.
