A year after selling for $630,000, a Burlington townhouse unit sold for 60 per cent more, netting a touch over $1M.

The selling price of $1,030,000 was also about $200,00 over the asking price.

The three-bedroom plus den unit at 2404 Maryvale Crt. has three-and-half baths and is full of upgrades.

Located in the Clarksdale neighbourhood of Burlington, the apen-plan home comes with added features like custom kitchen with updated backsplash, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and second-floor laundry.

The fully-finished, legal basement has a separate entrance through the garage with inlaw suite potential. There’s also a three-car driveway and huge backyard.

Home prices in Burlington, and across the GTA, have been on a sharp increase recently, due mainly to a very limited supply.

The average price of a townhome in Burlington is about $1.2 M and the average price is just under $1M.
