Gurcharan Poonia of Brampton, has just won the December 7, 2019, LOTTO 6/49 draw.
Poonia won $100,000, after matching the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order.
The winning ticket was purchased at Dusk Kitchen Food Fair on Dusk Drive in Brampton.
