Police have charged a Brampton man months after a crash that killed a 74-year-old in Caledon.

The fatal collision happened just before 4 p.m. on July 7 in Caledon on Old Church Road near Humber Station Road, the OPP says.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash and four people were injured.

The accused is scheduled to appear in a Caledon court on Jan. 31 to answer the charge.
