Hamilton Police announced Thursday (Jan. 21) they have charged 59-year-old Angelo Graci from Hamilton with first-degree murder after the homicide of Michael Ivo White in Dec. of 2020.

Graci was arrested “without incident” on Wednesday (Jan. 20) in the area of Upper James and Rymal.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for 29-year-old Angelo Miller from Hamilton as the investigation continues.

Miller is also accused in a separate incident where he allegedly assaulted a female with a weapon while holding her against her will.

The incident occurred between Dec. 12 and 13.

Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.

“Based on the details obtained and evidence collected, police formed reasonable grounds to believe that Angelo Miller held a victim against her will and assaulted her with a weapon,” said HPS. “Investigators believe this was a targeted attack.”

While the injuries sustained by the victim were considered to be serious, they are not considered to be life-threatening.

Miller is described as a 6-foot tall, white male, weighing 163-pounds.

He has been accused of:

  • Assault with a weapon X 4
  • Forcible Confinement
  • Uttering threat to cause death
  • Fail to comply Probation X 2
