Recapture the glitz and glamour of Burlington’s entertainment heyday when Joseph Brant Museum hosts An Evening at the Brant Inn.

Burlington’s iconic entertainment venue drew the biggest stars of the 1940s, ’50s and ’60s at its location on Lake Ontario.

Among the performers who made an evening at The Brant Inn special were Benny Goodman, Louis Armstrong, Johnny Mathis, Jayne Mansfield, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Lawrence Welk, Lena Horne, Sophie Tucker, Glenn Miller, Liberace, Count Basie, The Ink Spots and Martha Raye.

Guests will enjoy an elegant night filled with hors d’oeuvres, drinks, dancing and live musical entertainment at An Evening at the Brant Inn.

Other special features of the night will be a spectacular view of the lake while enjoying dance lessons and dessert from the “Sky Club” on Joseph Brant Museum’s rooftop terrace.

Tickets cost $78 per person, ($70 for museum members), and include two drink tickets, with a cash bar (beer and wine) available.

An Evening at the Brant Inn is being held Saturday, May 28, at Joseph Brant Museum from 7 to 11 p.m.
